摘要：
介绍了控轧控冷工艺的发展历史、工艺原理以及控轧控冷工艺和常规轧制在改善钢材显微组织、晶粒尺寸方面的对比情况,说明了采用控轧控冷技术是生产高性能钢材的必然趋势。
Abstract：It is introduced that the history and theory of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology as well as its comparison with the normal one in improving steel microstructure and grain size.It must be an inexorable trend for production of high-performance steels.
